BreadBox Leadership

Our Team

I'm Nick, the guy who runs this thing. I'm distinguished mostly by my red hair & beard, and have an odd obsession with woodworking, dungeons & dragons, and anything Disney. I've always loved the idea of becoming better at things, especially bettering my leadership & character. I have that same desire for you! My goal is to provide you with a relevant experience that will intrigue you to grow; not just professionally but also in your relationships, hobbies, marriage, self-esteem, leadership, discipline, and more. That's why BreadBox is here.

You'll find that my writers and myself have experienced the numbness and unsavory feeling of drifting through life. We're sick of just letting life happen to us, and we've decided to stop drifting, and starting growing!  My hope is you'll join us in this journey, because your life is too important to waste even one more minute in drift-mode. Snap out of it, and start growing NOW!

Oh yeah, I'm a Pittsburgh native, in love & married to my high school sweetheart Jenna Sasala (who owns her own business "Jenna Hidinger Photography."), and work at a non-profit organization overseeing 40+ volunteers.

Hi all! I am so humbled and excited to be here helping others with their personal and professional growth as I continue along my own journey. Currently, I am a sales representative and personal trainer at a health club in Pittsburgh. My passion is helping people discover the potential they have always possessed yet never knew existed. I use fitness as my platform to do this. My family, friends and clients are my inspiration to continue developing myself as a way of becoming a better supporter for them. I am married to a wonderful, loving man who has taught me so much about confidence by believing in me and encouraging me to push my own boundaries.

Sophia Heotzler

In the middle of my Sophomore year in high school, the thought dropped in my head, "I want to be an editor for a publishing company!" I can remember exactly where I was sitting, what was in front of me (American Literature class material), and how I felt when that thought took full shape in my mind.

Ever since, I've made steps toward making that dream come true. I graduated from Geneva College in 2014 with a degree in English Literature. I've since edited, written, and worked in the Communications field. I recently took another big step towards my dream by beginning to do some work for a small press, Uncommon Universes Press, and dabbling in some freelance editing, reviewing, and writing. I couldn't have done any of this without my supportive husband, Mark, my kitty, Lupin, and my best pup, Ryder!

As I've grown in chasing down my passion, I've learned more and more that having good leadership and being a good leader is one of the most important things you can have and be! Whether it's in the workplace, family life, friendships, being a good leader can encourage and support everyone around you!
